Josh B. Thomas, President and Founder

Josh Thomas is founder of STSG for the past 2 plus years living in the Plano, Texas. He has over 25 years working with companies in designing and deploying computer systems to their operation to save time, improve operations to be more proactive in their business and lower their cost of delivering applications and resources to end users. Josh has focused on consultative solution sales services in the Microsoft technology, EMC, Virtualization with VMware, Citrix XEN, network optimization and provisioning with Thin Clients. He has develop, lead and train a professional sales team meeting and exceeding $25M annual goals in the computing enterprise market which will provide the company with solid sales growth and profitability. Professional services when sold by the sales teams have resulting in better margins and a strategic relationship with the customer to achieve success in meeting and beating quotas. Josh has a BA from Vanderbilt in Computer Science with advanced degree in E-Commerce and Mid-line Management from SMU. He holds a number of product vendor certifications with EMC, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, ActivIdentity and has a lovely wife who teaches and daughter in Austin. They have lived in Plano, Texas for 15 years

Karl DeGraff, Chief Technology Officer

Karl, living in Tulsa has over 25 years of programming Microsoft applications around security and companies’ requirements to meet and exceed their assessed needs. Karl’s projects include Energy transmissions systems, transportations collection systems, security systems around school systems. Karl has a BA in Computer Science for Oral Roberts University and advance programs with Novell and Microsoft over the past years.

Richard Sanner, Director of Operations and Project Management

Richard is a results-oriented business development leader with proven success managing sales teams and as an individual contributor driving revenue, profitability, and market growth in the Information Technology/Professional Services industry. Superior ability to identify and capitalize on revenue building opportunities, requiring expertise in consultative solution sales. Ability to quickly establish new business opportunities, building a plan for the engagement and executing it successfully for companies he has worked for over the past 30 years. Richard has been responsible for the installation and completion of many million dollar projects over the past 15 years utilizing PMI Project Management methodologies in Texas, Oklahoma and where else assigned. Richard attended The University of Texas at Arlington studying Computer Science/Mathematics and has additional educational certifications around project management, sales solution selling and management. He is extremely dedicated and loyal individual with a commitment to excellence in building and retaining client relations, effective project execution, valued strategic planning, and customer satisfaction. Cathy Davis, Office Administrator and accountant

Cathy is providing the administrative support to STSG in this start-up phase. She is trained in Quickbooks, running the operations for proposals, Pos and purchasing with invoicing as needed. She works with our Accountant, Larry Yowell and banking day-to-day work. Cathy holds a BA and has over 20 years of working in a sales and account functions running remote sales offices before coming to work part time with STSG. Cathy lives in the Dallas area with her family.

Brent Fuller, Director of Technical Services and Pre-sales Consulting

Brent has over 25 years of computer consulting experience in managing the formation and delivery of professional IT consulting services. Brent holds a BA with honors from Oral Roberts University in computer science and a number of advanced degrees and security credentials while working in jobs with the US governmental agencies over the past 15 years along with full time work with a major accounting firm in Tulsa Oklahoma managing an IT team of professionals. Brent is a major addition to the management team to ensure the success of MasterKey™ installations and customization requirements from presales to completion of each project with it customers.

Don Luttrell, Regional Sales Manager

Don is a technology professional, experienced and trained in many aspects of the IT and RF industry with proven track records. He has years of technical and sales experience which includes hardware and software engineering, mass storage, tech support, Microsoft, UNIX, and Citrix. His customer skills are finely tuned and is very comfortable interfacing at the client’s “C” or “VP” level introducing services, products, or project management and has significant experience managing the RFP and sales processes from start to finish.

Don’s management expertise consists of many years of managing groups of engineers, sales personnel, projects, and managers of those departments.

Don is experienced in business development and sales to national/international interests from inception through customer acceptance of products throughout the world for the development of Metro Wi-Fi, Homeland Security, First Responder and Security applications. He has created an international network of Distributors/Integrators in the countries of South Africa, Russia, Malaysia, Georgia FSU, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Columbia, Nigeria, Trinidad, Costa Rica, India, Greece, Sweden, and multiple US integrators and distributor relationships within Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Cisco, AT&T, and Pinkerton Security Agency.

As an Advanced Office Development Manager for a fortune 500 company, Don has opened new office facilities, and established service and sales teams to operate those organizations handing over the management of those territories to the developed service and sales managers upon achieving established operating levels. Offices opened include Dallas, Texas; Nashville, Tn.; Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta Region Regional Tech Support Operations. Don has served the capacity of the Atlanta Regional Technical Support Manager and co-authored their Hardware Field Service Manuals, and UNIX Operating System Installation and Troubleshooting Manuals.

Don has held the position Senior Vice President of Services and Service Sales for several organizations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area and has been instrumental in the spin-off and merger of several other successful technical organizations

Don is an Honorably Discharged Viet Nam Veteran from the U.S. Navy as Weapons Delivery Air Crew. He has held Secret Security positions in the US Navy and at Texas Instruments and Liaised to the Navy and Air Force for Texas Instruments at the United States Air Force Strategic Air Command Base, Ft. Worth, Texas on the General Dynamics F111 terrain following radar, Shrike Missile RF Program.

Don attended Vanderbilt University with studies in Business Management, and US Navy Class “A” and “C” Schools on Advanced Electronic Theory and Application and Electronic/Radar Weapons Delivery Systems.
